United States Congressmen Brian Fitzpatrick and Donald Norcross are this year's recipient of the of the Steven C. LaTourette Unified America Award for Outstanding Bipartisan Leadership

Building One America and the Summit for Civil Rights is pleased to honor Congressmen Brian Fitzpatrick and Donald Norcross at our fourth Summit for Civil Rights with the 2023 Steven C. LaTourette Unified America Award for Outstanding Bipartisan Leadership.

The LaTourette Award was named for its first recipient, the late Congressman Steve LaTourette, because of his extraordinary work in building bipartisan support for federal programs and investments to expand inclusive opportunity and prosperity for all Americans.

The Summit for Civil Rights coalition and Building One America is particularly grateful to Congressman Fitzpatrick and Congressman Norcross for their recent relaunch of a Bipartisan Building Trades Caucus in the United States Congress.

We look forward to working with them both to make that caucus more powerful and committed to inclusive living wage jobs.
